We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 2-bed EBD children’s home in Nuneaton. The home is pre-registration.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with experience in EBD residential care who is confident managing compliance, safeguarding, and inspection standards.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day running of the children’s home
- Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of young people
- Develop and support a stable staff team
- Prepare for and manage inspections with Ofsted
- Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and professionals
What’s on Offer
- £55,000 – £65,000 salary (dependent on experience & inspection history)
- £2,000 bonus for achieving a Good Ofsted rating
- £3,000 bonus for achieving an Outstanding Ofsted rating
- Deputy Manager already in post
- Shared on-call rota (managers & senior staff)

Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (completed or in progress)
- Experience within an EBD children’s home
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- Experience managing or deputising within residential care
- Clear understanding of regulatory expectations and inspection standards
