Location: Burton
As a Team Leader, you will support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, lead shifts, mentor Residential Support Workers and ensure children receive high-quality, trauma-informed care.
You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and stable environment where young people can thrive.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Children and Young People’s Workforce or Residential Childcare
- Previous experience within a children’s residential setting
- Experience supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)
- Ability to lead shifts and support the wider team
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and children’s home regulations
- Full UK driving licence preferred
